International School Leiden - PE Gym teacher - parttime 1-3 days

The International School Leiden (ISL) and Primary School De Wereldwijzer are looking for an enthusiastic and committed

Physical Education teacher
1 - 3 days per week

At ISL, the position covers Wednesdays and Fridays, providing PE lessons to all year groups.

At De Wereldwijzer, the position involves one day per week on Thursdays, alternating weekly between upper primary groups (grades 6, 7, and 8) and lower primary groups (grades 3, 4, and 5). For the full job description of De Wereldwijzer, click here.

We are open to flexible arrangements: the position can also be divided between two teachers. So if you're available for only one or two days per week, you're still welcome to apply!

What We Are Looking For:

• Certification: DUO certified (mandatory).
• Preferred Qualifications: Preferably IPC qualified; however, candidates with IB or PYP experience are also welcome.
• Experience: Previous international education experience is a significant advantage.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team setting and contribute to a positive school culture.
• Outgoing Personality: Energetic, enthusiastic, and ready to engage with students and the school community.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is preferred

As a Gym Teacher, you will promote physical health and well-being, encouraging students to develop a positive attitude towards fitness and sports. Your role will be essential in fostering teamwork, discipline, and a love for physical activity.
